A Chance to Change
I have a chance to change my life,
to become what I once was,
no more dragged down
by chains of doubt
and driven into
the pit of
despair.
Bring me into the world of light
and show me how to live,
How to laugh and
and how to love
and how to
be what
I was.
Then I shall rejoice and be glad,
And no more shall I weep,
For I shall be made
whole again, and
the angels will
sing with me.
Alleluia.

Why, thank you for your kind words; I appreciate that, and thanks for reading one of my poems. I wasn’t even sure if anyone read them, so It’s nice to know that someone’s looking at them! Have a lovely day!
